Urban shipping within New Zealand is a flat rate of NZD$5.00 per order and $8.00 for rural. And even better its FREE if you spend $80.00 or more!
We do use overnight shipping but as we have no control over delivery times please allow between 1-3 working days to receive your parcel. All NZ orders are fully tracked so please make use of the tracking link that is sent to you on dispatch to follow up on its location. Please check your email inbox plus promotions and/or spam folders to retrieve your tracking email, if you have not received it. Please allow up to 24 hours – after receiving your tracking code for it to update.
However, if your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help to locate it quickly!
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

International shipping is at a flat rate of NZD$20.00 worldwide. This service usually takes between 7–21 working days. It is an untracked service.
Returns and Refund Policy
We are happy to make a full refund to you if for the unlikely reason your Agnes&Me product is faulty. To make a return and claim a refund, contact us at email@example.com with the details. Returns and Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving product and we will need you to return the product. We will reimburse the postage costs of incorrect or faulty items being returned to us.
Please note that within our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not offer product refunds or exchanges for change of mind or dislike of texture or fragrance of a product after purchase.
We accept responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand but we need you to keep the damaged item and photograph it so the courier company can see the damage. We offer an exchange or refund for damaged items through transit or if they have an inherent product defect, but we will need you to return the product in question to us so we can follow up with our suppliers. You must notify us by email within 7 days on receipt of a damaged product, otherwise, we may not be able to guarantee exchange or replacement. We cannot accept the responsibility of the product once delivery has been made.
