Covid-19 and Shipping information


The courier company is reporting delays all over New Zealand  due to staff absence, labour shortages and health and safety requirements and the significantly impacted areas change daily. Please be patient  and allow for a longer delivery time. 

You can track your parcel's progress using the tracking email that has been sent separately,if you can not find your tracking details please check your spam folder as this email is always sent to the email address you provided as an automated process.

There is an option to pick up if you are near us in Titirangi and at this stage  it would be a good idea to order in advance so you do not run out of your favourite selfcare skincare

I expect that this situation, whilst challenging, will only be temporary and short-lived and we have gotten through all this a few times now! Really hoping this is the last one
