Refunds and Returns

PRODUCT REFUNDS

It is really important to us that you love your Agnes & Me products.

If there are any issues with your skin when using our products please get in touch with us if you would like to discuss your product(s) and their suitability for your skin, or the way you use them. We may be able to make some suggestions to help.

If within 14 days of receiving your Agnes & Me product(s) you are not completely satisfied with them, you can return them to us for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Please email us at hello@agnesandme.co.nz within that time frame and let us know what the problem is and we will give you the address to ship them back to us. All postage for any returns will be at your cost. Please make sure that any returns are well-packaged and we recommend using a tracked method of return delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return parcels. Once approval for a refund is given, products must be returned within 7 working days. Refunds will be made as soon as the returns are received here.

Please note that within our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not offer product refunds or exchanges for change of mind or dislike of texture or fragrance of a product after purchase.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

We will make a full refund to you if your Agnes & Me product is faulty. 

To make a return and claim a refund, contact us at hello@agnesandme.co.nz with the details. Returns and refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving product and you will need to return the product to us before payment is made. We will reimburse the postage costs of incorrect or faulty items being returned to us.

We do accept responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand but you need to keep the damaged item and send us photographs of the damaged product so the courier company can see the damage. You must notify us by email within 7 days on receipt of a damaged product, otherwise, we may not be able to guarantee exchange or replacement.
